Education
A BCREP must meet high standards in education. They must have acquired an industry-recognized designation (i.e. CRS, GRI, ePRO, ABR, SRES, etc.). A BCREP may also qualify with professional licenses (CPA, appraiser, etc.); college degrees or certificates, or extensive knowledge of real estate-related practices. BCREPs must also demonstrate proficiency in current real estate technologies. Additionally, candidates must take the "Best Practices in Real Estate" course and/or pass the Board for Excellence in Real Estate's comprehensive written examination.
