Dawn Carpenter, owner/broker of Dawning Real Estate, Inc, AMO® in Staten Island, NY, has been a licensed Realtor® since 1988. Carpenter is the 2008 President of the Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR). Additionally, she has served as the 2006 President of the Greater New York Chapter #26 of the Institute of Real Estate Management, representing property managers of New York City, Long Island and Westchester, as well as Chair of the Staten Island Multiple Listing Service from 2005 through 2007. Carpenter is a Certified Property Manager® as well as a Board Certified Real Estate Professional (BCREP).
Nancy McKerahan, Chief Executive Officer of RealSource Association of Realtors®, oversees the daily activities of RealSource's more than 3,400 Realtor® Members. In this capacity, she leads RealSource's mission to provide Members with access to professional services, extended education/training courses, tools and resources that can help them enhance their careers as Realtors®. Additionally, she serves as the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) President's Liaison to Korea. Prior to joining RealSource, McKerahan served as a Realtor®, a Councilwoman for the Borough of Hillsdale for six years as well a variety of executive positions in the banking industry. She holds the Realtor Certified Executive (RCE) designation.
Sanford "Sandy" Krueger, Chief Executive Officer of Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR), oversees the daily activities of SIBOR's 2,700 Realtor Members. Under Krueger's lead, SIBOR operates a multiple listing service and a NY State licensed real estate school. The organization also serves the professional needs of its Realtor Members, providing Code of Ethics enforcement, mediation and arbitration of disputes, public relations, political and legal action, community service programs, affinity programs, membership recognition and networking opportunities. Prior to this role, Krueger served as Executive Vice President of the Somerset County Board of Realtors® in Somerville, NJ.
Carole Kulman, Broker Associate at RE/MAX Property Center in Paramus, NJ, has served as a licensed Realtor® since 1987 and a licensed broker associate since 1990. Kulman is a member of the RealSource Association of Realtors'® Board of Realtors, where she has served on the Professional Standards Committee, Mediation Committee and special task force creating the Board for Excellence in Real Estate (BERE). Additionally, Kulman served as a Realtor® Associate Representative on the Board of the New Jersey Association of Realtors® (NJAR) for five years. She is a recipient of the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award and holds the GRI, CRS, ABR, SRES and BCREP designations.
Jeanine Soderlund is a Broker Associate and manager with RE/MAX Real Estate Enterprises in Wyckoff, NJ and has been a licensed Realtor since 1988. Soderlund is a member of RealSource Association of Realtors, where she has served as the Chairperson for the Community Service Committee for the past 9 years as well as a member of the finance committee, affiliate committee, installation and program committee, circle of excellence committee and on several task forces. She also serves as President-elect of the Ridgewood Rotary club, having previously served as secretary. Soderlund is also a volunteer and past Board member of Rebuilding Together - Bergen County Chapter. She is also a volunteer for numerous organizations including: the American Cancer Society, Children’s Miracle Network and Shelter Our Sisters. Soderlund holds the ABR, SRES and BCREP designations and has been a recipient of the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award since 1999.
George S. Wonica is a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate and Real Estate Appraiser with Wonica Realtors & Appraisers, Inc. in Castleton Corners, Staten Island. Wonica is a member of Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR), where he serves as Secretary/Treasurer and on several committees, including: MLS Rules, Golf, Nominating, Grievance, Computer and the Multiple Listing Service Board of Governors. Additionally, Wonica is a Director for the New York State Association of Realtors and serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the New York State Society of Real Estate Appraisers (NYSSREA). In 1996, he was the recipient of SIBOR's Realtor-Associate of the Year Award – the youngest Realtor in Board History. He holds professional designations including: Certified Buyer’s Representative (CBR), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). In the community, Wonica serves as: Third Vice Chairman of Community Board 1 (appointed by Borough President James P. Molinaro) and a member of the Kiwanis Club of Staten Island, where he served as a Board of Director, a Distinguished Past President (also youngest in club History) and Club Secretary and is the 2002 recipient of the Anton J. Kaiser Award for community service.
